Pilot operation of PROPS tools was realised as part of Work Package 5, which connects PROPS methodology with stakeholder feedback. First part of stakeholder input were the stakeholder workshops which were arranged mainly during the first year of PROPS. Pilot operation is based on PROPS tools from all the work packages. Common framework for the pilot is the analysis of core processes in promotion, which support the actual promotion activities and supporting management methods. PROPS methodology and the pilot action were refined during the second and third year of project. A handbook and PROPS training programmes for the SPCs gave guidance on the use of tools and provided also a possibility to review PROPS analysis. The pilot operation tested primarily the established links between the PROPS process management and the PROPS tools. These as well as other tools at PROPS eKnowledge platform will be available even after the project time for the SPC use.
